General Terms and Conditions

Effective: 15 March 2025.

1. General provisions

The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) regulate the rules of subscription to digital content and services provided by Digital Care Studio Kft. (registered office: 8957 Csömödér, Fő út 65., company registration number: 20-09-078537, tax number: 32159804-1-20, e-mail: eu@felixvia.com; hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”), the management of subscriptions and other issues between the Service Provider and the subscribers.

2. Definitions

  • Service: digital content and services made available by the Service Provider for a subscription fee, including information on buying property, investing, holidays and moving out, AI chatbot help, contact details of foreign agents and forum facilities.
  • Subscriber: the natural or legal person who uses the Service under these GTC.
  • Subscription: an order placed by the Subscriber for a specified period of time and payment of the subscription fee, on the basis of which the Subscriber is entitled to use the Service.
  • Subscribed Content: digital content and services designated as chargeable by the Service Provider and made available to the Subscriber by the Service Provider during the Subscription Term.
  • Order: the acceptance by the Subscriber of the Service Provider’s general subscription offer and data management conditions, and the declaration of the intention to enter into a contract, on the basis of which the Subscriber undertakes to pay the confirmed subscription fee.

3. Content of the Service

The Service Provider provides digital content and online services to help EU citizens buy property, invest, holiday and move out.

The Service is available in three different packages:

  • Free plan: limited content available without extra services.
  • Pro package: all content is available but no additional services are included.
  • Pro+ package: in addition to all the content, the subscriber gets access to the AI chatbot help, contact details of foreign agents and a closed forum.

4. Establishment of subscriber relationship, notification of changes, modification

4.1 The subscriber relationship between the Service Provider and the Subscriber is established when the Subscriber accepts the Service Provider’s offer, i.e. orders in writing the access to the Subscribed Content (hereinafter referred to as “Order”) and pays the subscription fee for the first subscription period.

4.2 The Order can only be placed in writing by registering on the Service Provider’s website(https://felixvia.com/hu/csomag-arak/), accepting these GTC and the related Privacy Policy(https://felixvia.com/hu/adatkezelesi-tajekoztato/).

4.3 During the registration process, the Subscriber is obliged to provide the requested data in a complete and accurate manner. An incomplete or incorrectly completed registration shall be considered as an invalid Order.

4.4. Based on the registration and acceptance declarations, the Service Provider provides the possibility of payment by credit card.

4.5 Subscription is possible only by online payment by credit card, for which Stripe provides the possibility of card acceptance through its secure card acceptance system using SSL protocol. When paying by credit card, the Subscriber will be redirected to Stripe’s payment page and the payment will be made directly on the Stripe site, which operates according to the rules and security standards of international card companies, and not on the Service Provider’s site. The Service Provider does not process or have access to the Subscriber’s card data in any form.

4.6. After payment, the Subscriber will receive an electronic confirmation containing the data provided during registration, the Service ordered and the duration of the subscription.

4.7. The Subscriber is obliged to verify the information contained in the confirmation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Subscriber may report it to the Service Provider by sending an e-mail to eu@felixvia.com, indicating the discrepancy.

4.8. If the Subscriber gives a subscription to another person, the Subscriber warrants by his/her order that he/she has the consent of the recipient to data processing.

4.9 The subscription is validly established with the confirmed Order and becomes effective upon payment of the subscription fee for the first period by credit card.

4.10. The Service Provider shall provide the Subscriber with access to the Subscribed Content within 24 hours after payment of the subscription fee.

4.11. The Subscriber shall notify the Service Provider without delay of any changes that are relevant to the subscriber relationship, in particular changes affecting his/her name, address, e-mail address, billing data. The Subscriber shall be liable for any damage resulting from failure to notify.

4.12. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. The Service Provider shall notify the Subscribers of any amendment to the GTC by publishing it on its website. The amendment of the GTC shall enter into force on the date of publication.

5. Subscription fee, payment terms

5.1 The subscription fee is determined by the Service Provider and published on the Service Provider’s website(https://felixvia.com/hu/csomag-arak/). The subscription fee is exempt from subject tax (AAM), so the subscription fees are exempt from VAT.

5.2 The subscription fee can only be paid online by credit card through the Stripe system(https://stripe.com/).

5.3 The subscription fee is payable for the entire duration of the subscription period, no instalments may be paid.

5.4. After the payment of the subscription fee, the Service Provider will issue an electronic invoice, which will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Subscriber.

6. Duration, renewal, termination of subscription

6.1 The subscription is for a fixed term starting on the date of payment of the subscription fee.

6.2 The subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. The Subscriber’s account will remain active and free content will be available, but access to premium content and services will be terminated. The Subscriber may resubscribe at any time after logging into his/her account.

6.3 The Subscriber has the right to cancel the subscription at any time before the end of the subscription period, but is not entitled to a refund of the subscription fee already paid.

7. Service availability and guarantee

7.1 The Service is generally available on a continuous basis, however, in the event of force majeure events and maintenance periods, availability may be temporarily limited or interrupted. We will endeavour to carry out maintenance work outside of ‘active’ user periods to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

7.2 The availability of the service is 98%, which means that availability is very high. However, there may be maintenance periods during which the service will be temporarily unavailable. All maintenance work will be notified to users in advance where possible to minimise disruption to the user experience.

8. Complaints handling and dispute resolution

8.1 The Service Provider shall investigate all complaints related to the Service within 30 days at the latest and provide feedback to the Subscriber as soon as possible. The Subscriber may submit complaints about the Service to the following contact details:

8.2 We provide users with the possibility to use the online dispute resolution platform operated by the European Commission, the ODR platform(https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), to resolve complaints and disputes.

8.3 If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, we will take action to resolve the issues in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Hungarian consumer protection authority and the courts.

8.4 In the event of a dispute, Hungarian law shall prevail and the competent court of Budapest shall have jurisdiction. Users may also contact the local consumer protection authorities who can assist in resolving the dispute.
